TAIPOIL TRANSFORMER OIL is a refined napthenic mineral transformer oil and a special special additive system, with good oxidation stability to increase oil life and transformers to prolong service life and reduce maintenance.
Characteristics
Good thermal conductivity thanks to its low viscosity, which ensures that the heat generated from the core and coil is fully efficiently conduction. Has good oxidation stability, resists all factors that cause oil degradation, helps electrical equipment operate stably, increases equipment life and reduces maintenance. Capable of very good low temperature operation. High dielectric. Oils meet and exceed dielectric regulatory requirements when properly stored and transported.
Application
Used in oil-filled electrical equipment, power distribution transformers, rectifiers, circuit breakers and in voltage converter cabinets.
Specifications and Approvals
- IEC 60296-2012 Edition 4.0, Standard for mineral insulating oils containing inhibitors with special requirements.
Preservation and Safety
- Storage in a covered warehouse. Store temperature should not exceed 60 o
- Keep off sparks and flammable materials. Storage must be covered carefully and away from the risk of contamination.
- Used oil must be treated properly, don’t pour directly into ditches, water sources.
Packing
- Can, bucket of 18 Liter, 25 Liter. Drum of 200 Liter. Or package meets to customer’s requirements.
